This page is the one to use when something about an order needs a person rather than a screen. It also records who stands behind this website, in the same terms the company is registered under.

WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day.

We aim to reply within one working day. An order that has already shipped may take longer, because the answer often has to come from the courier first.

What To Include

An order question is answered faster when the first message already carries what we would otherwise have to ask for:

  • the order number, in the form shown on your order page
  • the email address the order was placed with
  • what you expected and what happened instead
  • a photo, if the problem is something that can be seen

You do not need to attach a receipt. Every order is on record here.
