I run a pharmacy and a food business, and I build the digital systems behind them and a few other things. None of that was the plan.

## Not the plan I went to pharmacy school almost by accident — a door closed on what I thought I wanted, and pharmacy was what opened instead. I've been in pharmacy since 2012 — the decisions, the systems, the people, all of it. Cobakso started in 2019, the same instinct in a different industry. I've since put together a handful of other things — some running, some waiting, some already let go. The common thread was never the industry. It was that I wanted those decisions to come from what I believe, not from whoever happened to be in charge. So I keep building things I can run myself. Somewhere in there I studied information systems, and I learned something about myself: I never really wanted to write code. What I wanted was to understand a problem well enough to know exactly what should be built to solve it. --- ## The real measure Not everything I build is measured the same way. Numbers matter, but they're not the point. Faith is the actual KPI. Before growth, before revenue, before whether something scales — does this hold up against what I believe? If it doesn't, it's not worth finishing, no matter how well it performs. I don't say this to preach. I'm not qualified to, and I know it. I just build accordingly, and it felt dishonest to leave it out. --- ## What I build - **Conviction first.** I can take criticism, I can compromise, I can follow rules — but the final call has to come from what I believe, not from whoever's giving the orders. That's the actual reason there are so many names behind me — a pharmacy, a food brand, a handful of others. Not restlessness. Just wanting to hold the direction myself. - **Understand before assuming.** Every build starts with the real problem, not the version of it I imagine in my head. - **One system, not separate pieces.** Product, operations, and technology have to work as one thing. A weak connection anywhere weakens everything. - **Built to hold, not just to launch.** Simple, functional, and still making sense a year from now — that matters more than shipping fast. --- Feel free to explore, and take your time.
